One of our most important goals is to first determine if each aspect of a project represents money well spent or even whether the project makes sense at all.  Next, design is critical from the overall concept to the smallest detail.  Excellent design is money well spent and the two biggest, most costly mistakes an owner can make are starting a project that doesn't make sense and investing in bad design.  A good design will provide value for decades.
